Cancellation Policy

At Tileholm, we understand that plans can change. Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. If your order is canceled prior to shipment, a refund will be issued minus a small processing fee.

This fee depends on the order size and payment processing costs, and is typically around $2.


Returns (Eligible Cases Only – Within 30 Days)

We accept returns only if the product arrives damaged or defective. Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be damaged or faulty upon arrival
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind if the product is in good condition
  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds after 30 days from the delivery date, for any reason

Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No restocking fee will be charged.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed
  • A credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days

Any included bonuses or promotional items may be kept.

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)
  3. Contact your bank
